The day after Thanksgiving/Missing Pho

I made it through my traditional American Thanksgiving.  I ate things I don't normally eat anymore: mashed potatoes, bread stuffing, carrot cake, Apartame.  I originally envisioned sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts, and spiced pecans instead of dessert.  But everyone in the family has their vision too, and you just have ...
